Here\u2019s what you can do:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>On social media:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Report the comments. Most platforms provide an option for reporting comments. These will be checked and deleted if they violate the platform&#8217;s code of conduct. In some cases, the perpetrator&#8217;s profile will also be blocked.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>There&#8217;s often an option to delete the comment yourself if it was placed on your social media profile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Constant bullying<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>If the comments are relevant under criminal law (insults, slander, threats etc.), you can report them to the police. The important thing is that you&#8217;ve got proof (screenshots).<\/li>\r\n<li>If your children are subjected to bullying at school, it&#8217;s a good idea to discuss the matter further with the head teacher.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The psychological pressure from bullying is enormous, so you should seek help:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>you can find information on self-help groups at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selbsthilfeschweiz.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.selbsthilfeschweiz.ch<\/a> or via the anti-bullying organization <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobbing-zentrale.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.mobbing-zentrale.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Are you interested in our private cyber insurance?
