If this happens to you, here&#8217;s what you can do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contact the shop<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Take photos of the damage to the product you ordered and email the shop.<\/li><li>Specify a date by which you would like replacement goods to be sent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No delivery received<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ask for the amount of the damaged goods to be refunded.<\/li><li>In Switzerland you can start debt collection proceedings, but this involves time and money.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevention for future purchases<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check whether the website address is identical to the name of the shop.<\/li><li>If the prices are much too good, alarm bells should be ringing.<\/li><li>Look for the name of the online shop in a search engine &#8211; online forums often give warnings about dubious shops.<\/li><li>Be wary if payment is only possible in advance or via transfer.<\/li><li>Check whether there&#8217;s a full site notice.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you interested in our private cyber insurance?
